Return Policy

If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can return most items within 14 days of receipt. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with original packaging. Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/Personalized Jewelry: Items made to order or engraved.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, go to “Contact Us” on our our webpage and enter in your order number and the reason for the return and an email for us to reach you. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
  • Return Instructions: Pack your jewelry securely in its original packaging. Include your RAN in your return package.
  • Shipping: We will provide a shipping address and recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an item has been shipped, it must be returned according to our return policy.
